This particular trust was going through a transitionary period and wanted to explore some alternative approaches to their food delivery. We provided designs for a Central Production Unit and a Receiving Kitchen that would rely on an externally operated CPU.

To be viable as an “in house” CPU, the operation needed to capable of providing for its own site and act as a commercial hub to provide for other sites within the locality.
