Audit  services enable our Clients to prove due diligence, which also assists in the monitoring of third party contracts.

  • Establish the client brief. Consider the menus, service, numbers and aspirations for the facility along with equipment preferences.
  • Consider future needs and potential growth in numbers.
  • Define Energy Saving Policy. Agree means of dealing with waste and recycling.
  • Establish Fats, Oils and Grease Management Strategy – Vital in the early stage.
  • Where operations are existing, spend a day on site observing working practices, flows, menus existing and proposed.
  • Carry out a detailed measured survey.
  • Prepare draft plans 2D / 3D
  • Liaise with Architects and Interior Designers over spatial requirements and finishes.
  • Issue preliminary services schedules
  • Confirm a budget cost for the equipment and installation to avert unnecessary value engineering at later stages.

  • Check services engineers’ drawings for interface with drainage, electrical, gas and water requirements.
