Audit services enable our Clients to prove due diligence, which also assists in the monitoring of third party contracts.
- Establish the client brief. Consider the menus, service, numbers and aspirations for the facility along with equipment preferences.
- Consider future needs and potential growth in numbers.
- Define Energy Saving Policy. Agree means of dealing with waste and recycling.
- Establish Fats, Oils and Grease Management Strategy – Vital in the early stage.
- Where operations are existing, spend a day on site observing working practices, flows, menus existing and proposed.
- Carry out a detailed measured survey.
- Prepare draft plans 2D / 3D
- Liaise with Architects and Interior Designers over spatial requirements and finishes.
- Issue preliminary services schedules
- Confirm a budget cost for the equipment and installation to avert unnecessary value engineering at later stages.
- Develop & refine designs
- Define indicative drainage requirements to assist services engineers
- Update budget and services information
- Prepare detailed services layouts and fabrication details.
- Check services engineers’ drawings for interface with drainage, electrical, gas and water requirements.
- Prepare fully detailed specification.
- Issue to tender.
- Analysis of returns to ensure full compliance with specification.

- Project Management of catering equipment contractor installation.
- Drawing approvals - Plans, Services, Fabrication.
